ADAM HOUSEN
Working in both restaurants and cafes in the far north coast of NSW for over fifteen years. First training in Italian cuisine in Port Stephens. Adam has developed an extensive local knowledge of produce and service.
His passion for fresh, local ingredients is amplified with the use of homegrown fruit, herbs and vegetables.
