About Johnny Franco's Team

 

 

Adam has cooked up a storm around Murwillumbah for over ten years.
Working in both restaurants and Cafes. First training in Italian cuisine back in Port Stephens.

His passion for fresh, local ingredients is amplified with the use of homegrown herbs, fruit and vegetables.

Living and working in the heart of Murwillumbah with so many tasty local products and ingredients to choose from Johnny Franco’s will bring the best to you.

 


 

In 1996, Kasey started her hospitality training in the kitchen at the Promenade Dining Room at the Shoal Bay Country Club Hotel and soon decided front house was really where her passion in hospitality was.

Working in two seafood ala carte restaurants at the Shoal Bay Country Club and Rock lobster restaurant in
Nelson Bay.

Then moving to Murwillumbah to work at different restaurants and cafe's, Kasey built a solid carrier within the hospitality industry.

Now are both very excited to bring their experiences and knowledge to Johnny Franco's Place.
